The work of Mrdjan Bajic and Richard Deacon on the Kalemegdan bridge in Belgrad, Serbia represent a cultural connection between the two banks of the Danube river, as a symbol of federation.
It relates the meeting of two souls, as well as a nation, who find themselves in in their own, in their envelope, for a new opening to the world.
From the first sketches to the installation of the work on the banks of the river in Belgrade, a long process of more than 10 years was necessary as well as the assistance of @deltaholding private sponsor.
